You have to create an account at http://www.mathworks.com/accesslogin...3Fmode%3Dgwylf. Log-in using your account thereafter. Then, look for products and then download... There are two methods available for download:
1. using java based web application,
2. manual download.

I tried both but manual download was successful.

Aha! as for your licensing is concerned. plz read install.txt found in the crack folder or download the same from
