Trine will take you to the fantasy world, where the brave knight Pontius, amazingly magu Amadeus and the mysterious thief Zoe to save the world from the forces of evil. But this is not so simply because they are linked with invisible threads of mystical Trine.
Each of the characters are unique abilities and tactics that help them fight with the army of the dead and ingenious inventions. A player is given the opportunity at any time to switch between characters to settle without any problems arising in the way of puzzles.
Trine primarily clings not to the typical platformerov thing: a very beautiful picture. Là một game thuộc dạng phiêu lưu giải đố nhưng kết hợp tính năng nhập vai, Trine hứa hẹn sẽ là một game thú vị trong mùa hè năm nay.
Người chơi sẽ vào vai một trong số ba nhân vật được game cung cấp sẵn là hiệp sĩ Pontius, nàng trộm Zoya và tay pháp sư Amadeus. Mỗi người trong số họ có một tiểu sử khác nhau, nếu có thời gian, bạn nên đọc qua những đoạn giới thiệu về họ, chắc chắn nó sẽ khiến bạn buồn cười bởi sự hài hước mà những người làm game đã đưa vào.
Một tay hiệp sĩ tự phong ngớ ngẩn suốt ngày mơ mộng cứu được công chúa, đối đầu với lũ undead, mặc dù chẳng biết undead nghĩa là gì, không hề hiểu được phép thuật. Một nàng trộm thích cướp của người giàu cho... chính mình và tay phù thủy tập sự không thể học được phép thuật đơn giản nhất. Thief: tấn công tầm xa bằng cung và sử dụng một ngọn roi móc vào các vật thể bằng gỗ để đu người qua các vực sâu. Có thể làm chậm thời gian nhưng lại yếu ớt trong các pha cận chiến.
Wizard: có thể tạo nên các hộp gỗ, những mảnh ván làm điểm tựa cho các nhân vật khác nhảy lên, hoặc nâng các vật thể khác.

Trine có phong cách đồ họa tươi sáng và đẹp mắt, thể hiện một thế giới "long lanh" như trong những câu chuyện cổ tích. Game cho phép nhiều người chơi cùng tham gia. Hiện nhà phát triển chưa hé lộ việc có tung ra công cụ hỗ trợ thiết kế màn chơi hay không. Nếu có công cụ này, khả năng sáng tạo của game thủ khi chơi sẽ không giới hạn.
