Quattro trentenni di Firenze, studenti fuori corso, in vario modo affetti dalla sindrome di Peter Pan, convivono nello stesso appartamento e si barcamenano tra scherzacci goliardici e depressioni malinconiche. Fanno da traino a questa commedia toscana di caratteri la mora M.G. Cucinotta e A. Haber, prof. di filosofia e pittore della domenica, che si esibisce in una breve scena di infallibile recitazione spiritata. L. Pieraccioni, ex cabarettista, ha fatto una commedia simpatica e fluttuante dove si colgono i debiti verso Amici miei, gli echi dell'umorismo sulfureo dei Giancattivi e le tracce del naturalismo sociale nel quale si muovono i film-maker toscani con il loro campione Giuseppe Ferlito. Prodotto e sostenuto da Cecchi Gori, fu il successo a sorpresa della stagione 1995-96.
