You should try to re-download all the parts above, I'v re-tested all the parts and they work well.

Thanks for your comments, Mr. dhamodaran.
I've re-downloaded the parts and they still work well. You should change the Downloader (I suggess to use IDM v15.7 build 5) or the Browser even the computer, the Internet Connection and the Internet-Provider.

If they are corrupted again, I will upload the parts again next day when i have a fast-internet-connection.

@acechoi: Please show me the numbers of the corrupted files.

As i said, you should change the download-way because only two of you having the problem. Not only me but also the other users can download and extract well.
