1. Nếu đã cài Norton và bị hết hạn [Expired] thì gỡ bỏ [ Uninstall ] Norton và khởi động lại máy tính. Sau đó thực thi file NTR và dọn dẹp [Purge] những gì còn sót lại của Norton. Hoặc thực thi NTR trong Windows Safe Mode (F8) với quyền Administrator.

2. Cài đặt [Install] Norton. (Nếu đã cài và chưa bị hết hạn thì tiếp tục bước 3)

3. Nếu đang sử dụng phiên bản NTR cũ hơn thì gỡ bỏ [ Uninstall ], xóa [ Delete ], và dọn dẹp [ PURGE ] ngay trong cả Recycle Bin chỉ để lại phiên bản sau cùng.

4. Tắt [Turn OFF] bảo vệ [SONAR Protection] trong Norton.

5. Cài đặt NTR và làm theo hướng dẫn.

6. NẾU muốn gỡ bỏ file NTR thì nhấn nút [Uninstall]. Lưu ý phải gỡ bỏ file NTR trước khi muốn gỡ bỏ Norton.
* Note A: Phiên bản NTR có thể sẽ không có tác dụng với các phiên bản mới của Norton được cập nhật.
* Note B: KHÔNG ai bắt buộc bạn sử dụng NTR - Đừng than phiền hay thắc mắc này nọ.
* Note C: Với NAV/NIS 2010: Nếu SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRED, click vào nút [Subscription Status] để xác nhận.
* Note D: Với Norton 360: Nếu SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRED, click nút [Subscribe Now] --> [Renew Now] --> [Next] để xác nhận.

Cí này đâu có phải là bản NAV 2010 ? bản NAV 2009 chứ ! ^^ . . . Sao em làm thành công nhưng mà sao k có hạn là 1 năm nhỉ ^^ . Bác nào cài rùi bảo em 1 câu ^^
