There are many ways to add a movie file as Windows Wallpaper but i will show you the easiest one.
First, download this tool:

Second, extract it, read the Readme.txt file and follow it. It works well on Windows XP/NT/2K


Part2: Vista/Win7

The best way is using a tool called DreamScene Windows7. Download it from here:

Both of the tools have a nice movie included. You can use that movie as your wallpaper. Each tool include a different movie. I will upload all beautiful movies soon.
