I just view the source and i got what i found. I know that it based on 7600.16385 version and it will install the update packets during installation. I do not check the language packets yet, sorry bro

When you go to install it it ask you what language to install and it installs the updates during the install!!! So what do you have to say to that!!!!! Try using something first!!!!
